Refund Policy

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are unable to exchange items or offer you a refund for any reason other than if the products you received are damaged, defective or incorrect.

 When you place your order you are entering into a contractual agreement for your order and we will proceed with charging your indicated payment method and delivering the products and/or services. will offer to replace an order lost in the mail, thirty days from date of shipping. We determine that thirty days allows a reasonable amount of time for delivery (when considering factors such as the destination country, possible customs inspection, weather conditions, general delays etc), and therefore considered lost.
